Organic extra virgin olive oil

 ,produced and bottled in the ecological and cold pressed olive oil mill of the Koukouza family, in the Malakontas-Eretria region. It is unfiltered olive oil from excellent quality olives, cultivated with great care by our family, creating the fruit juice, which is a panacea for diseases and contains valuable natural antioxidant ingredients and monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid), it is considered a healthy food product and an excellent source of vitamin E. 

PROCEDURE

In order to COLD PRESS a product, the juice must be extracted with a few revolutions and without any addition of water or external temperature higher than this in order to preserve the beneficial components of the olive oil, its aroma and taste. It produces a smaller quantity, but better quality.
